REFUND POLICY

TechDex Development & Solutions offers refunds for products and services as follows:

  1. Downloaded Software:
    1. Registration Free: "Registration Free" software is software that does not require licensing or registration for use, meaning that when you download them, they are already unlocked for use. There are no refunds for fully unlocked software after they are downloaded. They are intended to be "as is" purchases, however, requests for refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.
    2. Registered: "Registered" software requires that your software must be unlocked and licensed on our system for use.
      1. One-Time Purchases: At any time, within 30 days of your puchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
      2. Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscription payments are refundable until the next payment is made. For example, if you pay on January 1st, you will be able to get a refund of that payment, up until your next payment in February. At which point, that payment will be refundable until your March payment.
      3. Other Subscriptions: For subscriptions other than monthly, (quarterly, annually, etc), you are eligible for a refund up to 60 days after your purchase.
  2. Services:
    1. One-Time Purchases: At any time, within 30 days of your puchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked, with exception to purchases in which there are overhead costs, (for example, required third party licensing fees), in which the balance of purchase will be returned.
    2. Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscription payments are refundable until the next payment is made. For example, if you pay on January 1st, you will be able to get a refund of that payment, up until your next payment in February. At which point, that payment will be refundable until your March payment.
    3. Other Subscriptions: For subscriptions other than monthly, (quarterly, annually, etc), you are eligible for a refund up to 60 days after your purchase.
  3. Physical Products:

    Notice:This is a general policy for all physical products sold through or by TechDex Development and Solutions, whether internal or third party products sold through other destinations such as Meta™, Shopify™, Pinterest™, Google™, and others. There may be situations in which third party products, offers and policies offer conditions that compete with and override our general policy. We will always give preference to the products, offers and policies in such cases. Please see their specific policies if such cases arise.

    1. 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your physical product.
    2. Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping.
    3. 1% Restocking Fee: To handle the logistics of restocking returned items, we apply a minimal 1% restocking fee on the total value of the returned product. This nominal fee helps us maintain our high standards of product quality and customer service.
  4. Exemptions: All refund requests are carefully reviewed and considered, and TechDex Development & Solutions reserves the right to allow exemptions, and grant refund requests which do not fall into any of the situations above. Such requests must be submitted in writing to:
